The Management of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) wishes to inform all Lotto Marketing Companies (LMCs), patrons, the general public, and all stakeholders that, due to a technical challenge affecting the processing of payments, some wins have not yet been honored.

The NLA would like to assure all affected stakeholders that efforts are currently underway to resolve the matter promptly and facilitate the payment of all outstanding wins effective Monday, 28th September 2026.

In the meantime, the Authority encourages patrons to remain vigilant and keep their winning tickets in a safe place, including Lotto receipts and validation details, as these are essential for verification during the claims process.

The NLA will continue to carry out timely reconciliation of prize records to ensure that all eligible winners are properly accounted for under the relevant lottery draw.

The NLA further advises LMCs to maintain accurate ticket and payout documentation, including confirmation of the win status for the affected games, to support a smooth and efficient settlement of prizes once the payment systems are restored.

The Authority kindly requests the patience and understanding of all parties as work continues to restore normal payment processing. The NLA sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
