The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has held its fifth Director’s Review for 2026, with a focus on evaluating the performance of its Quality Management System (QMS) and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
The strategic meeting was chaired by LONACI Director General, Dramane Coulibaly, at the institution’s headquarters in Marcory-Biétry on November 3, 2026.
The review provided an opportunity to assess the effectiveness and overall performance of the organization’s Quality Management System. Participants examined the results of various operational processes, analyzed performance indicators and evaluated the system’s level of maturity.
