GLI Africa (Pty) Limited and BMM Test Labs Uganda Limited has been officially approved as independent testing laboratories for gaming. This approval is in accordance with Regulation 13(2) of the Lotteries and Gaming (Gaming and Betting Machines) Regulations, 2017.
The establishment of these independent testing laboratories shall:
- Enhance compliance with local laws and national gaming standards, ensuring responsible gaming practices across the industry.
- The gaming industry will foster a well-regulated and transparent environment that positively contributes to the economy.
- The testing laboratories will fortify trust in gaming fairness and significantly reduce complaints related to faulty or rigged gaming systems.
