The Golden Dragon Casino Ghana Limited has been adjudged best in ‘Customer Service Experience’ at the maiden Ghana Gaming and Lottery Awards.

The awards scheme, organised by Syndicated Entertainment Solutions in partnership with the Gaming Commission of Ghana and the National Lottery Authority, aimed at promoting responsible gaming practices, fostering innovation, and recognising outstanding contributions in the industry.

Golden Dragon Casino embraces innovation to enhance customer service; the company recently implemented a state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, allowing for personalized service and efficient issue tracking.

Its innovation is driven by customer feedback, leading to creative solutions for service enhancement.

As part of the Millionaires Gaming Africa Group, Golden Dragon Casino is dedicated to providing a premier customer service experience.

Commenting on the award, Miss Gabriela Dimitrova, General Manager of Golden Dragon Casino reiterated its commitment to promote responsible gaming to uphold the integrity of the sector.

Alex Apau Dadey, Board Chair of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre said,

“Despite its achievements, the gaming industry faces numerous challenges particularly the illegal operations of unlicensed entities.”

He mentioned that these operators undermined the integrity of the sector, deprived government of the much-needed revenue, and put consumers at risk.

Mr Dadey stressed that to address these challenges there was a need for all stakeholders to collaborate and ensure that the industry remains well regulated, transparent and sustainable.

Sammy Awuku, Director General of the NLA also expressed his excitement to partner an award scheme which appreciates the work and contributions of industry players.
