- Game Provider Information: Details about the third-party game provider, including certification and contractual information, from recognized gaming laboratories.
- Approved Pay Bills: Documentation of pay bills or accounts utilized for crash game transactions.
- Terms and Conditions: Player-facing terms governing crash games, including disclaimers, liability clauses, payout policies, as well as minimum and maximum bets.
- Platform Integration: Confirmation that crash games are fully integrated into the main sportsbook or online casino platform. Standalone applications or websites for these games will not be permitted.
The Board has emphasized that non-compliance with this directive will lead to the immediate suspension of aviator and crash games offered on non-compliant websites. Additionally, audits will be conducted to verify adherence to these requirements, and any operator found offering these games without proper authorization will face penalties under The Betting Lotteries and Gaming Act Cap. 131 of the Laws of Kenya.
