The LONASE Foundation has signed an agreement for the construction of a new Socio-Educational Centre in Mampatim, in Senegal’s Kolda region, marking a new step in its commitment to supporting youth development and local communities.

The agreement was signed on October 1, 2026, and will pave the way for the development of a dedicated space designed to support young people and promote educational opportunities within the community.

The planned center is expected to contribute to youth empowerment while providing an environment that supports education, personal development and community engagement.

Through the initiative, the LONASE Foundation continues to demonstrate its commitment to investing in young people and supporting sustainable development at the local level.

The project forms part of the Foundation’s broader social commitment to creating opportunities that can positively impact communities across Senegal.
