On Tuesday, July 8, 2025, two lucky bettors from the National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (Lonaci) were awarded substantial winnings during a ceremony held at the Lonaci headquarters in Abidjan-Marcory.
The winners, identified as A.M. and D.S., won a total of 65,652,900 FCFA where A.M won 41,831,700 FCFA after placing a bet of 400 FCFA on the Quinté+ for the National 1 race on June 29, 2025, and D.S. won 23,820,200 FCFA after placing a bet of 1,800 FCFA on the Quinté for the National 1 race on July 7, 2025, respectively.
These impressive winnings were made possible by the accumulation of jackpots on the QUINTÉ+ and QUINTÉ bets, due to a lack of bettors finding the correct combinations in the exact order in previous weeks.

Quinté+ Requires bettors to find the first five horses at the finish of a race, either in the correct order or not. It includes a “BONUS 4” feature, rewarding any combination of five horses that includes the first four finishers, regardless of their order.
