The Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) has announced a partnership with leading betting company Betika to become the official sponsor of the CECAFA Kagame Cup for the 2025/2026 season.
The agreement was signed during a ceremony at the Pan Pacific Suites in Nairobi, Kenya. CECAFA Vice President Paulos Weldehaimanot Andemariam expressed enthusiasm about the partnership:

As part of the agreement, Betika will receive premium brand exposure across all CECAFA platforms, including in-stadium branding and digital activation campaigns.
The CECAFA Kagame Cup 2025/2026, with Betika as the official sponsor, will take place from September 2-15 in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, featuring twelve top teams from the CECAFA Zone.
