BC.GAME Launch Operations in Nigeria after Securing Betting and Casino Licenses

BC.GAME Secures Nigeria License

BC.GAME has officially launched operations in Nigeria after securing both sports betting and casino licences, marking a significant step in its global expansion. The online entertainment platform is now live through its dedicated Nigerian site, offering users access to a full sportsbook as well as a broad selection of casino games.

This move follows regulatory approval from the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA). Nigeria becomes the company’s second regulated market, coming after its earlier entry into Kenya. Nigeria is increasingly viewed as a key growth market for online betting. A young, tech-savvy population, expanding internet penetration, and strong interest in sports especially football is driving demand for digital gaming and live betting platforms.

With its local launch, BC.GAME is offering services tailored to Nigerian users, including payments in the local currency, the naira, alongside hundreds of casino titles and a wide variety of sports betting options. The company has also rolled out several platform upgrades aimed at improving the user experience. These include easier navigation, more structured customer support, and clearer communication around payments and account management.

Chief Executive Officer Kar Kheng Giam said the expansion reflects a broader focus on usability and communication: “User experience today is closely tied to clarity, consistency, and transparency. As we enter regulated markets like Nigeria, we are focused on making the platform easier to understand while improving how we engage with users. Nigeria has one of the most passionate sports audiences globally, particularly around football, alongside a fast-growing interest in digital gaming. This launch brings those elements together in a market with strong long-term potential.”

In addition, BC.GAME says it has strengthened transparency by introducing more visible guidance and explanatory tools to help users better understand how the platform works. The Nigeria launch forms part of BC.GAME’s wider strategy to expand across regulated jurisdictions. Alongside its Nigerian and Kenyan licenses, the company also holds authorization in Anjouan and continues to pursue further regulatory approvals as it scales its international presence.
