Betclic has strengthened its long-standing commitment to French football by becoming the official title partner of Ligue 3 under a new three-year agreement with the Fédération Française de Football (FFF).
The partnership marks the next chapter in Betclic’s relationship with the FFF, which began in 2021 and has seen the online sports betting operator support the federation, France’s national teams, and several of its flagship competitions.
Beginning this season, the competition will officially be known as Betclic Ligue 3, reflecting a shared ambition to enhance the visibility, growth, and long-term development of France’s newest professional football championship.
Ligue 3 occupies a distinctive place within the French football landscape, bringing together historic clubs, emerging talent, ambitious sporting projects, and passionate communities where football remains deeply rooted. The competition also serves as an important platform for developing future professional players while celebrating the clubs, supporters, volunteers, and local communities that form the backbone of the sport.
As title partner, Betclic will leverage its digital expertise, innovation capabilities, and communications reach to support the championship’s evolution. The company aims to increase the competition’s profile, amplify the stories of its clubs and players, and promote the unique identity of the cities and football communities represented throughout the league.
The partnership is expected to contribute to the continued professionalization and commercial growth of Ligue 3 while helping broaden its audience both within France and beyond. With the launch of Betclic Ligue 3, both organizations reaffirm their commitment to strengthening the future of French football and showcasing the competition’s unique place within the national sporting landscape.
