Nigeria Gambling platform BetKing has held the fifth edition of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, BetKing Cares, delivering healthcare, nutrition, and relief support to communities in Lagos, Abia, Cross River, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The 2026 campaign, themed “Month of Good,” reached more than 500 pregnant women through prenatal care, essential medications, nutritional support, hygiene kits, and health education. In addition, vulnerable families received food packs, clothing, and other relief materials.
According to BetKing, the initiative is intended to support underserved communities through healthcare interventions, maternal support, and employee-led volunteer activities.
Speaking on the programme, Gossy Ukanwoke, said the company remains committed to ensuring its business growth delivers real benefits to communities.
“BetKing Cares represents our belief that business success must translate into meaningful social impact. As leaders, we have a responsibility to use our platforms not only to grow industries, but to uplift people. That is the kind of legacy we are building at BetKing; one rooted in access, dignity and sustainable community impact.”
BetKing added that employees took part in implementing the programme across host communities as volunteers.
The company also said the initiative has grown into an employee-driven platform focused on healthcare, nutrition, and community welfare, as part of its broader efforts to support sustainable development across Nigeria.
