Dramane Coulibaly, the General Director of the National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI), has expressed his commitment to improving the working conditions of the company’s commercial partners, specifically concessionaires and commercial delegates.
During a commercial event held at the Kodjo Ebouclé room in the Palais of Abidjan culture, Coulibaly affirmed, “We will always be by your side to enhance your working conditions through a mutually beneficial partnership.”
Moreover, the CEO took the opportunity to commend the sales force teams and LONACI agents for their contribution to achieving the commercial objective of 2023. Despite setting a target of approximately 808 Million United State Dollars, the actual turnover reached 813 Million United States Dollars by December 31.
Pierre Alain Kouassi, the Director of Sales and Network Management, highlighted that 2023 witnessed significant operational innovations. He explained that the introduction of a new system aimed to improve national coverage and enhance customer satisfaction. Additionally, it aimed to establish closer ties with distributors and provide them with better support in their activities.
In terms of product distribution for the current year, particular emphasis will be placed on the relaunch of scratch tickets, ensuring their availability and visibility throughout the commercial network, Kouassi assured.
Under the theme “Certification as a Vector of Transformation,” LONACI’s 2024 commercial launch featured the sharing of experiences by two successful individuals. Konan Aya Gertrude, the first female civilian airline pilot from Côte d’Ivoire, and Traoré Salif, popularly known as A’Salfo, the lead vocalist of the music group Magic System, provided insights into their respective journeys.
