At the subsequent Board meeting on 7 May 2025, in recognition of his pivotal role during this transition, Sadha Naidoo was appointed Chairman of Gold Circle. He will serve in this capacity until the conclusion of the Champions Season on 31 July 2025. In a forward-looking move, Greg Bortz has been named Chairman Designate and is scheduled to assume the role from 1 August 2025, paving the way for a well-planned leadership succession.
