As part of its ongoing social development initiatives, the LONACI FOUNDATION inaugurated a state-of-the-art integrated health center in the village of Toranou, located within the sub-prefecture of Booko, Touba Department.

This facility, fully constructed and equipped by the FOUNDATION, provides comprehensive healthcare services and includes on-site housing for midwives, ensuring sustainable access to quality medical care for the local population.

The official handover was conducted by Mr. Aboubakary Ouattara, Executive Director of the LONACI FOUNDATION, on behalf of Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, President of the Board of Directors and Director General of LONACI.

The ceremony was chaired by Mr. Honorable Guié, Prefect of Koro Department, and attended by Dr. Bamba Florent, Chief Physician of the Booko Health Center, representing the Regional Director of Health and Public Hygiene. Local elected officials and traditional authorities were also present.

Through this initiative, the LONACI FOUNDATION reaffirms its commitment to improving living conditions in rural communities by prioritizing access to quality healthcare. This project aligns with the FOUNDATION’s broader mission to promote sustainable development and enhance social well-being in underserved regions.
