LONACI (Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire) successfully conducted an extensive training and awareness campaign for its agents across all its agencies, focusing on the theme of Responsible Gaming. This initiative, spearheaded by the General Management under the leadership of Mr. Dramane COULIBALY, aims to foster a culture of responsibility within the gaming sector.
The campaign was led by the Autonomous Service of Quality and Responsible Gaming (SAQJR) in partnership with the Human Resources and Collaborative Experience Directorate (DRHEC).
The training sessions were hosted by the BOGSON GROUP Cabinet, featuring insights from experts in psychology and addiction, including: Professor N’Dri Yao Eugène, Dr. Kanga Adouakoua Brice, Dr. Kouakou Ahou Albertine, and Dr. Djako Logon Albert Thierry.
These experts provided valuable knowledge on identifying and addressing risky behaviors associated with gambling, ensuring that agents are well-equipped to promote responsible play among customers.
This campaign is part of the General Management’s vision to position LONACI as a responsible company committed to preventing the risks associated with gambling. It emphasizes the importance of responsible play while empowering agents to detect risky behaviors and implement preventative measures against addiction.
