On Saturday, October 4, 2025, LONACI – Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire participated in the welcome cocktail hosted at Caves Legrand, an iconic Parisian venue renowned for its celebration of the art of living.
The event formed part of the prestigious Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, one of the world’s most celebrated horse racing competitions.
The Ivorian delegation was led by Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, President of the African Lotteries Association (ALA) and General Manager of LONACI. He was accompanied by:

During the evening, Mr. Aymeric Verlet, International Director of PMU France, warmly acknowledged the presence of Mr. Dramane Coulibaly and Mr. Toussaint Manga, General Manager of the National Lottery of Senegal, highlighting the spirit of collaboration among African and European lottery institutions.
LONACI will also participate in the competition day on Sunday, October 5, 2025, reaffirming its commitment to promoting responsible gaming and enhancing its visibility on the global stage of gaming and betting.
