The Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has strengthened its commercial presence in Abengourou following a field mission conducted from August 7 to 8, 2026, as part of its Operation Grouped Shot initiative.
Led by Khalil Coulibaly, Supervisor of Inland Areas, alongside his team and the Zone Manager, the mission was organized by LONACI’s Sales and Network Management Department (DVGR) to strengthen its distribution network, drive sales performance and improve the operational deployment of its products across the region.
During the two-day operation, the team adopted a field-focused approach, visiting all LONACI sales points across Abengourou. The visits provided an opportunity to engage directly with distributors and retail partners, assess local commercial activity and identify opportunities to further strengthen the performance and visibility of LONACI’s products.
The initiative reflects the DVGR’s commitment to maintaining close relationships with its sales network and ensuring that each point of sale contributes effectively to LONACI’s commercial objectives.
As part of the mission, Coulibaly and his team also held courtesy visits with local authorities. The delegation paid their respects to Mian Bangah, First Deputy Mayor of Abengourou, and Klé Hyppolite, Deputy of the Police Prefecture.
These engagements helped strengthen LONACI’s institutional relationships with local authorities while reinforcing the organisation’s presence and commitment to the Abengourou region.
The Operation Grouped Shot forms part of LONACI’s broader field strategy focused on proximity, network support and commercial performance. By combining direct engagement with its distribution partners and stronger institutional ties at the local level, LONACI continues to enhance the reach and visibility of its products.
