LONACI Unveils 2026 Plans for National Coverage Expansion

LONACI—Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire plans to significantly strengthen its national coverage rate in 2026. This ambitious goal was announced by LONACI’s General Manager, Mr. Dramane Coulibaly, during the reopening of a commercial event at the South Cape Mall in Marcory. The event was themed “Acceleration 1.0,” focusing on the company’s growth and future initiatives.

In his address, Mr. Coulibaly outlined LONACI’s strategic directions for the upcoming year. He emphasized the need to improve their national coverage, stating, “For 2026, our target is clearly set. We need to significantly enhance our national coverage rate, launch a loyalty and incentive program, strengthen the customer and distributor experience, continue the digitalization of our processes, and implement a structured commission plan for our sales teams.”

Mr. Pierre Alain Kouassi, Director of Sales and Network Management, underscored the importance of collaboration. He commented, “The realization of these goals is based on a close partnership with all stakeholders, including dealers and players. Your commitment, trust, and feedback are essential for us to advance together.” Additionally, Mrs. Wiam Fahim, manager of the 2WLS company, introduced Lonaci Win+, an innovative digital loyalty program designed specifically for distributors and sellers, marking a first in Africa.

The ceremony was notable for the attendance of Mr. Abdoul Karim Ouattara, Deputy General Manager of LONACI, alongside members of the Board of Directors and various partners. This gathering showcased not only LONACI’s commitment to growth and innovation but also its determination to enhance the lottery experience in Côte d’Ivoire through strategic partnerships and technological advancements.

As LONACI looks to the future, its emphasis on collaboration and innovation indicates a promising direction for the national lottery landscape, aimed at providing better services and stronger engagement with its customers.
