The National Lottery of Guinea (LONAGUI) has concluded the interview phase of the fourth edition of its scholarship programme, with more than 300 shortlisted candidates appearing before the selection jury.

The candidates, who were selected following an initial review of applications, were given the opportunity to present their academic backgrounds and professional projects during the interviews.

LONAGUI commended the candidates for their commitment and seriousness throughout the interview process, which represents a key stage in the scholarship selection exercise.

The programme will now move into its final stage with a public draw to determine the beneficiaries of the fourth edition. According to LONAGUI, the open and transparent draw is intended to support a fair selection process.

The scholarship programme forms part of LONAGUI’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, through which the lottery continues to support education and opportunities for young people in Guinea.

The conclusion of the interview phase marks another step towards the announcement of the beneficiaries of the 4th edition of the LONAGUI scholarship programme.
