As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, the National Lottery of Guinea (LONAGUI) has once again renewed its support for the National Network of Rural Women of Guinea (RENAFERGUI) in the fight against breast and cervical cancer.
This initiative is part of Pink October, the global campaign dedicated to raising awareness and promoting prevention of women’s cancers.A Day of Awareness and Solidarity in Kindia
The awareness event took place on Saturday, October 26, 2025, at the Kindia Youth Center. It began with a symbolic “Pink March” through the streets of Kindia — a vibrant show of solidarity and commitment to women’s health.
Hundreds of participants from across the region took part, all dressed in pink and united under the inspiring slogan:

Representing the General Management of LONAGUI, Mrs. Jacqueline Coker, Advisor in charge of social actions, attended the ceremony.
In her address, she praised RENAFERGUI’s tireless efforts and reaffirmed LONAGUI’s dedication to responsible gaming — ensuring that profits from lottery games are reinvested into high-impact social projects.
She emphasized that women’s health, especially in rural communities, remains a strategic priority within LONAGUI’s CSR agenda.
Last year, the organization sponsored free cancer screening for women in Kindia throughout the year.
For this new edition, LONAGUI is taking a major step forward by funding medical equipment that will extend screening campaigns to remote rural areas, significantly expanding the reach of the program.Rural Women Leaders Express Gratitude
The President of RENAFERGUI, Mrs. Fofana, expressed heartfelt gratitude to LONAGUI for its consistent and impactful support.

Members of the NGO Rose Espoir, founded by artist Sia Tolno, also participated in the event. They led training and exchange sessions with volunteers, doctors, and health professionals from Guinea and abroad.
These interactive sessions helped to enhance knowledge on screening techniques and improve community outreach practices.
Through this renewed partnership, LONAGUI reaffirms its mission to promote the well-being of the Guinean population. By reinvesting gaming proceeds into meaningful social causes, the organization demonstrates how responsible gaming can serve as a driver of sustainable human development — turning each game into a lever for positive change.
