The National Lottery of Senegal (LONASE), in collaboration with the National Financial Intelligence Processing Unit (CENTIF), organized an awareness and capacity-building workshop at the LONASE Training Center dedicated to the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) in the gaming sector.

This important initiative aimed to strengthen the capacities of key industry stakeholders and reinforce cooperation between LONASE and CENTIF to ensure a transparent, responsible, and compliant gaming environment aligned with international standards.

Through this partnership, both institutions reaffirm their shared commitment to promoting good governance, ethical practices, and financial integrity within Senegal’s gaming and lottery industry. The workshop also provided a platform for dialogue, knowledge exchange, and strategic collaboration in the ongoing effort to safeguard the sector from financial crime risks.
