The National Lottery of Senegal (LONASE) has entered a strategic partnership with Lottotech, the operator of the Mauritian national lotto, in a move aimed at accelerating innovation and strengthening internal capacity.
The agreement was signed by LONASE’s General Manager, Dr. Toussaint Manga, following a series of productive exchanges between both organizations.
The new partnership represents a major step in LONASE’s modernization agenda. It focuses on two key areas: developing innovative gaming products and enhancing staff skills through advanced training.
Under the agreement, Lottotech will work closely with LONASE to design and launch new, modern gaming solutions tailored to players’ evolving preferences. This support is expected to expand LONASE’s product offering and create sustainable growth opportunities across its operations.
The partnership also includes an extensive capacity-building programme. LONASE employees will receive training in specialized technical fields, allowing them to strengthen their expertise and improve the organisation’s technological capability. By tapping into Lottotech’s experience, LONASE aims to raise its service standards and improve operational performance.
Dr. Manga described the agreement as a “win-win collaboration” that aligns with LONASE’s long-term vision. By partnering with an established operator like Lottotech, LONASE seeks to modernize its tools, develop more relevant gaming options and continue delivering value to its players and partners.
The agreement sets the foundation for deeper cooperation between the two institutions and is expected to support LONASE’s continued transformation in the years ahead.
