The National Lottery of Senegal (LONASE) is hosting a delegation from La Gabonaise des Jeux from August 10 to 14, 2026, as part of a benchmarking and experience-sharing mission focused on strengthening cooperation within Africa’s games and lotteries sector.

The five-day mission provides an opportunity for both institutions to exchange expertise, share industry best practices, and explore new areas of collaboration in the games and lottery industry.

Through the benchmarking initiative, the visiting Gabonese delegation will gain insights into LONASE’s operations, practices, and approaches, while both organizations will have the opportunity to identify areas where their respective experiences can contribute to greater innovation and efficiency across the sector.

The mission also highlights the growing importance of collaboration among African lottery operators in addressing industry challenges and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

LONASE said the initiative reflects the value of strengthening partnerships between African lotteries and promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise across the continent.

The engagement is expected to contribute to the development of new collaborative opportunities while supporting efforts to improve performance, innovation, and the overall development of the games and lotteries sector in Africa. The benchmarking mission will conclude on August 14, 2026.
