PopOK Gaming has strengthened its presence in Botswana through a strategic sponsorship of the TT Cup Challenge, reflecting the company’s commitment to both community engagement and collaboration with regulators.
This year’s TT Cup Challenge drew more than 3,500 spectators from nearby villages, making it the largest edition of the event to date. Widely regarded as one of Botswana’s most anticipated community sporting occasions, the TT Cup celebrates the country’s horse racing tradition while bringing together participants, families, and local communities.
Alongside long-standing partners such as the Botswana Gambling Authority and the Ministry of Sport and Arts, PopOK Gaming helped deliver an engaging experience for attendees. Working closely with TT Cup founder Mr. Tymon and fellow sponsors, the company supported an event that continues to grow in both scale and community impact.
The occasion also provided meaningful opportunities for industry engagement. During the event, the PopOK Gaming team met with Mr. Kemorwale, CEO of the Botswana Gambling Authority, and the Hon. Minister of Sport and Arts, Jacob Kelebeng. The discussions focused on the future of Botswana’s gaming sector, broader industry development, and ways to sustain collaboration going forward.
The sponsorship aligns with PopOK Gaming’s wider strategy of building strong partnerships in key international markets while supporting initiatives that promote community involvement and responsible industry development.
After another successful TT Cup Challenge, PopOK Gaming expressed its appreciation to the organizers, partners, participants, and thousands of visitors who helped make this year’s event a memorable celebration.
