Premier Bet Zimbabwe recently joined Harare National Clean‑Up Campaign, working alongside the Lotteries and Gaming Board of Zimbabwe, other licensed operators and local residents. The monthly initiative held on the first Friday of every month demonstrates how regulated gambling companies are increasingly taking part in public‑service activities beyond their core business.

The campaign brings together public institutions and private organisations to carry out sanitation work across Zimbabwe. Premier Bet participated with other gaming‑sector stakeholders, reinforcing a wider trend of industry involvement in community programmes.

Premier Bet said its participation reflects a commitment to environmental stewardship and community development. The company highlighted the value of joint efforts to maintain clean public spaces and expressed support for the nationwide programme that unites regulators, operators and citizens.

The clean‑up exercise is a recurring national programme introduced by President Emmerson Mnangagwa, who designated the first Friday of each month as an official sanitation day.

In the March edition, volunteers focused on central Harare, contributing to a coordinated nationwide push. The programme is organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage and partners from the casino, gaming and betting industries.
