ICE is widely recognized as the benchmark for gaming innovation, leadership, and community, often referred to as the “mothership” of annual gaming events. WiGA is proud to strengthen Africa’s visibility, representation, and voice on this prestigious platform.

As part of this collaboration, WiGA will co-host the ICE World Gaming Forum (WGF) Africa Drinks Reception on Day Two of ICE Barcelona (Tuesday, January 20, 2026) at Fira Barcelona, the event’s world-class convention center. This reception will feature a curated guest list, including African regulators, C-level operators, industry leaders, WiGA members, and allies. It is designed to celebrate Africa’s vibrant gaming ecosystem, offering drinks, canapés, entertainment, and an unmistakable African flair.

The partnership between ICE and WiGA aligns with their shared commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), along with the long-term development and commercial expansion of the African gaming landscape.
