LONACI Concludes Decentralized Consultation Tour in Korhogo

The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI), through its Sales and Network Management Department (DVGR), has concluded its decentralized consultation tour in Korhogo, following a series of engagements across several regions aimed at improving commercial performance and strengthening relationships with distribution partners.

The final meeting took place on October 28, 2026, after earlier sessions in Aboisso, Abengourou, Yamoussoukro and Bouaké. The initiative provided an opportunity for LONACI representatives, activity coordinators and concessionaires to review operations, discuss challenges and identify ways to improve the management of the lottery’s commercial network.

Supervised by Khalil Coulibaly, Area Supervisor, the Korhogo session brought together activity coordinators to present their action plans, assess their third-quarter performance and share operational experiences from their respective areas.

The discussions also focused on strengthening the coordinators’ understanding of their responsibilities, improving supervision across their assigned sub-zones and enhancing their capacity to manage commercial activities more effectively.

A separate engagement with concessionaires focused on reviewing the commercial performance of the Korhogo zone during the third quarter. Participants examined achievements, identified operational difficulties and discussed practical measures to address shortcomings and improve results.

The discussions also highlighted the importance of closer collaboration between LONACI and its distribution partners, particularly in improving communication, providing effective support and responding to challenges affecting daily operations.

The consultation approach was welcomed by participating concessionaires, who had the opportunity to raise concerns, share their experiences and receive feedback on issues encountered in their businesses.

The successful delivery of the tour involved the participation of zone heads from the locations visited, activity coordinators, Ganda Djatou, Supervising Support, and Sanogo Lassina, Head of the Indoor Games Department.

Through the initiative, LONACI’s Sales and Network Management Department reaffirmed its commitment to building a more efficient, responsive and well-structured commercial network. The consultations form part of the lottery’s broader efforts to improve operational performance, strengthen partnerships and support the continued development of its distribution network across Côte d’Ivoire.
