The National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB) was at betPawa Uganda to support a Responsible Gaming training session organized by the Heart-to-Heart Initiative. This training is mandatory for all licensed gaming operators in Uganda.
The training will help staff understand responsible gaming, recognize signs of gambling addiction, and learn how to refer those in need of counseling support.
Allan Tumushabe, Managing Director of betPawa, thanked the NLGRB for attending. “We appreciate the support from the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board,” he said. “We are committed to training our staff on responsible gaming and will hold more sessions in the future.”
The NLGRB is dedicated to promoting safe and responsible gaming in Uganda. By working with betPawa and the Heart to Heart Initiative, the board aims to raise awareness about responsible gaming.
