The African Lotteries Association (ALA) successfully convened its high-level seminar on “Development & Innovation” in Dakar, Senegal, bringing together lottery leaders, industry experts, regulators, and strategic partners from across the continent to explore the evolving landscape of the gaming sector in Africa.
