Vincent Ochieng’, who has been living in the streets since losing all his money and business to Aviator betting, has finally graduated from Kisumu Polytechnic.
Vincent said that he was brought up in a loving family but sadly, after his stepfather died, he was told that he no longer belonged to that home and so he left.
His parents had already taken him to Kisumu Polytechnic, where he studied a diploma in Information and Communication.
While at the college, he pulled himself up by his bootstraps and started a business. He bought a motorcycle and reinvested the proceeds into another motorbike.
Things were going well for him and because most people are using phones that need repair once in a while, he started a phone repair business, which also picked up well. He proudly shared buying and selling household items at fair prices and was proud of his journey so far, until Aviator happened.
How did Vincent learn Aviator betting?
The 22-year-old was introduced to the platform by a schoolmate and before he could go far, he had bet all his money and lost all his businesses as well as his rental house.
After months of living in the streets, Vincent has now graduated from school; thankfully, he never dropped out even when things became very difficult.
“I have been going through many financial challenges, but I thank God for the support from friends. I managed to clear the fee balance, pay for graduation, and cater for some things,” he said.
“Currently, I am in Kisumu and still jobless, just doing some sales but it is not enough to sustain me. I am now appealing for a job so if you can connect me, I will appreciate so much,” he disclosed.
