Côte d’Ivoire is taking an active role in the 2026 Africa Grand Prix in El Jadida, Morocco, with Dramane Coulibaly, Director General of the National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) and President of the African Lottery Association (ALA), among the prominent Ivorian representatives at the event.

Held from September 10 to 12, 2026, the Africa Grand Prix brings together leaders, professionals, and experts from Africa’s lottery and horse racing sectors for discussions, knowledge sharing, and industry networking.

Leading a delegation from Côte d’Ivoire, Coulibaly is participating in the event’s key activities, including the exhibition forum, professional seminar, and racing day. The programme provides a platform for stakeholders to exchange experiences and explore the challenges and opportunities shaping the sector.

As President of the ALA, Coulibaly is also representing the interests of African lotteries while supporting greater collaboration across the continent. His involvement highlights the association’s focus on knowledge sharing, innovation, professional development, and stronger cooperation among African lottery operators.

His participation further reflects Côte d’Ivoire’s engagement in regional and continental discussions on the future of lotteries and horse racing.
