The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI), through its Autonomous Quality and Responsible Gaming Service, organized a team-building workshop aimed at strengthening the involvement of focal points within the Quality Management System (QMS) and deepening understanding of the Responsible Gaming policy.
The initiative was led by Mr. ESSAN Antoine, Head of the Quality Service, under the leadership of the General Manager, Mr. Dramane Coulibaly. It forms part of LONACI’s broader commitment to continuous improvement and the promotion of a strong quality and responsible gaming culture within the institution.
This activity also addresses gaps identified during the renewal audit conducted in November 2025, for which corrective actions have since been implemented. The programme was structured around three key pillars: Quality, Proximity, and Responsible Gaming. It combined capacity-building sessions with team cohesion activities designed to reinforce both technical understanding and organizational values.
Participants engaged in a range of interactive and recreational activities, including sports exercises, quizzes on quality management and responsible gaming principles, card games, team challenges such as tower-building exercises, icon-based games, painting workshops, and wellness sessions, including yoga.
These activities helped reinforce participants’ understanding of the requirements of the Quality Management System and Responsible Gaming framework, while also promoting LONACI’s core values of responsibility, ethics, and performance.
At the conclusion of the workshop, organizers highlighted the strong engagement of participants and the quality of discussions throughout the programme. These elements are seen as key drivers for the effective implementation of ongoing improvement actions.
The Autonomous Quality and Responsible Gaming Service encouraged all stakeholders to maintain the momentum generated during the workshop and continue efforts aimed at ensuring full compliance, as well as the long-term sustainability and performance of both the Quality Management System and Responsible Gaming policy.
