Spribe OÜ has secured additional intellectual property protection in Kenya for the iconic logo of its globally recognized crash game, Aviator.
The Aviator logo has been officially registered under the WIPO Madrid System, extending protection of Spribe’s intellectual property rights to the Kenyan market. The protection is effective retroactively from October 11, 2024.
The registration represents a further strengthening of Spribe’s intellectual property portfolio and reinforces the company’s efforts to protect the Aviator brand across key international markets.
The additional protection also strengthens Aviator’s established presence in Kenya, where the game was launched in 2021 and has since become a prominent product within the country’s online gaming and betting market.
Spribe’s latest intellectual property registration underscores the company’s commitment to safeguarding its trademarks and brand assets while supporting the continued growth and recognition of Aviator in regulated markets.
