The Gambling Authority participated in the Youth Business Forum held in Francistown at Cresta Marang, a strategic summit led by the Ministry of Youth and Gender Affairs in partnership with UNICEF to promote youth entrepreneurship, employment, and economic opportunities.

Representatives of the Authority engaged directly with young entrepreneurs and emerging leaders, providing insights into its regulatory mandate and raising awareness about responsible gambling.

The engagement formed part of the Authority’s broader efforts to support informed decision-making among Botswana’s youth while promoting responsible participation in gambling activities.

Through initiatives such as the Youth Business Forum, the Authority continues to contribute to youth empowerment and socio-economic development while strengthening awareness of responsible gambling practices across Botswana.

The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to engaging young people and stakeholders on responsible gambling and the importance of informed participation.
