The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) is working to strengthen the commercial performance of its distribution network. On October 26, 2026, it held a regional consultation in Bouaké, in the Gbêkê region, to review sales, discuss challenges in the field and plan for growth in the fourth quarter.
Led by Khalil Coulibaly, LONACI’s Zone Supervisor, the meeting brought together activity coordinators, operations managers, concessionaires and sellers. Their shared goal was to improve results and make the distribution network more effective.
The day opened with a working session for activity coordinators and operations managers. They reviewed performance in their respective zones, assessed activities carried out in the field and presented plans for meeting the targets set by the Sales and Network Management Directorate (DVGR).
LONACI then met with concessionaires and sellers to review the Bouaké zone’s third-quarter commercial performance. The discussion focused on identifying areas for improvement and agreeing on targeted actions to increase sales in the final quarter of the year.
Participants also raised concerns and shared proposals. The meeting was attended by the Bouaké Zone Manager, her deputy, Ganda Djatou, who oversees support, and Sanogo Lassina, Head of Indoor Sales and Activity Coordinators.
The discussions reflected LONACI’s commitment to listening to its network partners and responding to the challenges they face on the ground.
LONACI aims to bring its teams and business partners together around a shared goal: increasing sales and meeting the targets set by its Director General, Dramane Coulibaly.
