An important delegation from Loterie Nationale de Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI), led by Mr. Check Oumar Diarra, Advisor to the Director General Dramane Coulibaly, is participating in the 23rd edition of the UEMOA Joint Mass taking place from 4 to 8 May 2026 in Cotonou, Benin.

The opening ceremony of this major regional gathering was held on Monday, 4 May 2026, followed by sessions of the Committee of Experts hosted at the conference room of the Loterie Nationale du Bénin (LNB).

The event brings together national lottery companies and Pari Mutuel Urbain operators from member states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA). The meeting serves as a strategic platform to strengthen cooperation among participating institutions and reinforce regional collaboration within the gaming and lottery sector.

This 23rd edition focuses on consolidating existing achievements while exploring innovative approaches that can support the development of a more integrated, dynamic, and socially responsible socio-economic environment across the UEMOA region.

Through active participation in this initiative, LONACI reaffirms its commitment to regional partnership, operational excellence, and the promotion of sustainable growth for the benefit of member states and their populations.
