LONACI Engages Lottery Agents to Improve Product Availability and Revenue

The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has launched a series of decentralized consultation sessions across 15 zones in the country’s interior and Abidjan to strengthen relationships with commercial partners and improve revenue performance.

The initiative began on October 20, 2026, at LONACI’s Aboisso agency, under the leadership of the Directorate for Sales and Network Management (DVGR), headed by Pierre Alain Kouassi, following the direction of Director General Dramane Coulibaly.

The Aboisso session brought together agents and concessionaires from Aboisso, Bonoua, Noé and Tiapoum for discussions on staff training, commercial relations and product availability. These areas were identified as important factors in improving sales and strengthening the lottery’s commercial network.

The delegation was led by Khalil Coulibaly, supervisor of the interior zones, alongside Ganda Djatou, wife of Fofana; Sanogo Lassina, LONACI’s Games Hall Manager; and Itchy Yao Arsène Léopaul, Aboisso Zone Manager. Speaking during the meeting, Khalil Coulibaly emphasized the importance of engaging directly with commercial partners to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

He noted that agents and concessionaires play a central role in LONACI’s operations, adding that feedback gathered during the sessions would be reviewed by the team to identify the causes of reported difficulties and develop appropriate solutions. The participating concessionaires welcomed the consultation initiative, expressing satisfaction with the opportunity to share their experiences and concerns directly with the company’s representatives.

Through the programme, LONACI aims to strengthen communication with its distribution network, improve product availability and commercial performance, and translate feedback from the field into practical measures to increase sales and revenue.

The consultation sessions are expected to extend across the 15 zones in the interior of Côte d’Ivoire and Abidjan, reinforcing LONACI’s engagement with its commercial partners and supporting the development of a more efficient and profitable distribution network.
