SportyNet, Sporty Group’s sports media platform in Brazil, has surpassed one billion views across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok in 2026, following record-breaking performances on YouTube and Instagram over the weekend of 10–11 October.

The platform recorded its highest-ever daily viewership figures on both platforms, reflecting the growing reach of its sports coverage, live broadcasts and original journalism in Brazil.

On Saturday, 10 October, SportyNet recorded 5.49 million YouTube views, its highest daily total to date. The platform also accumulated 1.04 million hours of watch time and gained more than 11,000 new subscribers that day.

On Instagram, SportyNet registered 17.59 million views on Sunday, 11 October, setting a new daily record. The platform also reached 5.47 million Instagram accounts on the same day.

The results followed the platform’s milestone of surpassing one billion combined views across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok earlier in October.

During the record-breaking weekend, SportyNet broadcast six live matches on Saturday and provided four hours of live coverage from Oktoberfest in Blumenau alongside its Bundesliga broadcasts. The team also interviewed Lúcio, a former Brazilian international and FIFA World Cup winner.

SportyNet’s performance highlights Sporty Group’s expanding sports media operations in Brazil, where the platform combines live sports coverage, original reporting and content tailored to different digital platforms to engage football fans and wider audiences.

The company credited its team and audience for the milestone, highlighting the role of its multi-platform content strategy in expanding its reach and strengthening its presence in Brazil’s sports media market.
